Due to the nature of this product, there are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.
The age we now live in with Covid and Monkey Pox, Empowered by BTC will not accept any returns nor give credits.
Each of our shipments will require insurance. We do understand that things happen. Each item in your order will be inspected prior to being shipped. You have 7 days from the ship date to report any damage. At this time, we will work together and submit a claim to the mail carrier.
